Cancellation Policy

If you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes or more late you may be turned away and your deposit/booking fee will be lost. We have a 48 hour Cancellation/reschedule policy - anything after this time your deposit/booking fee will be lost unless you provide a doctors note.
